Mr. Justin Myers is a native and resident of Ouachita Parish. Justin graduated from Louisiana State University in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In May 2011, he graduated magna cum laude from the Paul M. Hebert Law School at Louisiana State University with a Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law. Justin also graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif, which is an honor reserved for the top 10% of the graduating class. Upon graduation from law school, Justin accepted a position at Ayres, Shelton, Williams, Benson & Paine in Shreveport, Louisiana. His practice included a wide variety of state and federal court matters including corporate litigation, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, property disputes, oil and gas issues, personal injury, insurance defense, and domestic litigation.
In August 2015, Justin joined the firm as an associate. He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Shreveport Bar Association and the Monroe Bar Association. He is also a member of McGuire United Methodist Church where he is an active participant in Meals on Wheels and other volunteer programs. Justin is located in the Monroe office.
