The Law Offices of Hammonds, Sills, Adkins & Guice (HSAG) are ready to provide the bullying training based on the requirements of Act 861 of the 2012 Louisiana Legislature (Act) relative to bullying prevention and appropriate responses to bullying in the educational environment. The members of the training team are Wayne T. Stewart, Melissa S. Losch and Pam DeLaune. The following school personnel are required to complete the training under the Act, with each such individual participating
in training for a minimum of four (4) hours each school year. The term “school personnel” is defined as any teacher, counselor, bus driver, or other school employee (whether full or part-time).
