The University of Louisiana System: Board of Supervisors elected HSAG Partner, Al Perkins, as the Board Chair. Also elected was Mark Romero as Vice Chair of the Board. Mr. Perkins selected Mr. James Carter as parliamentarian. Mr. Perkins and the other new officials will be sworn in at the January 6th Board meeting.
The University of Louisiana System is the largest of it's kind in the state, with nearly 90,000 students spread across nine Louisiana universities. Geographically, there are universities included in the system from all parts of Louisiana, representing a multitude of students from diverse backgrounds and cultures, harboring great forums for higher education.
