Melanie Farrow supports both the Baton Rouge and Monroe offices in her role as Office Manager providing accounting, human resources and general office oversight, working alongside and reporting directly to our Managing Partner on all matters related to the daily business of the firm.

She was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is a graduate of Belaire High School. While in high school, Melanie interned with Bob Hammonds as a legal secretary. She interrupted her career to raise her daughter and returned to our office first as assistant to Ken Sills and then became the Office Manager of the firm. She lives in Clinton, Louisiana and enjoys family time with her daughter and grandson.
